I can't make the event I purchased a ticket for. Can I reschedule?
Please note that all ticket sales for our public events are final and nonrefundable. We offer the option to reschedule your ticket to a different event if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to event start. If you find yourself within the 48 hour window, you can still transfer your ticket to another guest, but please be aware that we are unable to process refunds or reschedule tickets within the 48 hour timeframe.
Can I book an offsite event?
We're dedicated to providing exceptional experiences at our venues, and do not offer offsite events at this time.
